After confirming customer requirements, we conduct technical, supply chain, cost, and risk assessments, and provide a technical proposal, quotation, and project timeline.

After the above design and verification processes are completed, design drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications are used as the standards for subsequent prototyping and mass production introduction.
During the prototype trial stage (EVT), material and process feasibility are verified, and performance and environmental tests are conducted. Based on the verification results, design modifications and optimizations are made to finalize the product design.
During the pilot run stage, DVT / PVT verification is conducted to confirm process stability and mass production feasibility, while yield rate and working-hour analyses are completed. Mass production preparation is then carried out, including the establishment of SOPs, production lines, and quality inspection standards, as well as supplier confirmation and quality control requirements, to ensure a smooth transition to mass production.
Production schedules are arranged based on customer demand forecasts. Quality is monitored through mechanisms such as SPC and CPK, and final inspections are completed before shipment. After product delivery, quality documentation, such as COCs and test reports, is provided. A problem analysis and improvement mechanism, such as 8D Reports, is also established to continuously promote product optimization and cost improvement through VAVE, ensuring long-term and stable cooperation.
